J’ai repris Systel International en septembre 2021 qui est fournisseur de solutions et de mat\u00e9riels de chauffage et d’\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergies pour les b\u00e2timents d\u2019\u00e9levage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis 15 ans, j’ai travaill\u00e9 dans le secteur de l’automobile dans des fonctions achats et de management de projet. Plus r\u00e9cemment, j’ai pass\u00e9 3 ans en Chine. Ceci fait le lien avec Systel qui a une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u0153ur en dans le sud de la Chine. Dans le cadre du rachat de Systel, Systel China devient filiale et son objectif sera de servir le march\u00e9 asiatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le d\u00e9clic pour entreprendre ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

C’est une id\u00e9e que j’avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 en t\u00eate depuis le d\u00e9but de ma carri\u00e8re. Mais l’exp\u00e9rience en Chine, dans une plus petite structure que le groupe dans lequel je travaillais, ainsi que les al\u00e9as rencontr\u00e9s lors du COVID (rapatriement, fin d’expatriation, …) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les d\u00e9clencheurs. Je me suis rendu compte que toutes les difficult\u00e9s pouvaient \u00eatre surmont\u00e9es et que j’avais vraiment envie d’avoir mon destin entre les mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ton objectif d’emplois \u00e0 3 ans ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Systel compte aujourd’hui 16 collaborateurs. Et l’objectif \u00e0 3 ans est d’arriver \u00e0 une vingtaine de personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tant qu’employeur, le plus important pour moi est de donner de la latitude et de l’autonomie aux collaborateurs et de cr\u00e9er l’environnement favorable \u00e0 leur \u00e9panouissement. Ils donneront ainsi le meilleur d’eux-m\u00eames pour atteindre les objectifs ambitieux de l’entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ta vision pour l’entreprise \u00e0 5 ans ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

L’objectif fix\u00e9 est d’atteindre la barre des 10M\u20ac de CA, avec la moiti\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l’export(6,5M\u20ac avec 25% d’export). Pour cela, nous allons devoir nous implanter sur de nouveaux march\u00e9s, continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux produits et nous transformer en v\u00e9ritable PME industrielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce qui te stimule dans l’entrepreneuriat ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Chaque journ\u00e9e est une d\u00e9couverte et un nouvel apprentissage. Il faut continuellement avancer et penser \u00e0 l’apr\u00e8s. Chez SYSTEL, ceci fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de notre ADN. Il y a le terreau favorable pour viser plus haut. Ceci procure une grande source de motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tes attentes de l’accompagnement de REA ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Je suis convaincu que les \u00e9changes individuels via l’accompagnement et les \u00e9changes collectifs au travers des clubs sont sources d’enrichissement mutuel. Dans un premier temps, cela devrait m’aider pour endosser ce nouveau costume d’entrepreneur et j’esp\u00e8re rapidement pouvoir aider d’autres personnes en retour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
