Il nous en dit plus sur sa motivation et son projet.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-re-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le pitch de l&#8217;entreprise : <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>NEWPAP est une PME r\u00e9gionale qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a maintenant 30 ans. Elle emploie 13 collaborateurs qui r\u00e9alisent un chiffre d&#8217;affaires de plus de 3100 k\u20ac en B to B sur les d\u00e9partements 35\/44\/85\/49. NEWPAP intervient dans 3 domaines d&#8217;activit\u00e9 :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les fournitures de bureau (cahier, papier, stylo&#8230;.) &nbsp;sous contrat avec PLEIN CIEL. C&#8217;est une offre large de 22000 produits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&#8217;objet&nbsp;publicitaire (mug, v\u00eatement, crayon&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le mobilier d&#8217;entreprise (bureau, chaise, armoire, vestiaire&#8230;). Nous travaillons en sur-mesure et habillons l&#8217;espace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-re-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le d\u00e9clic pour entreprendre ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand tu es cadre dans des grands groupes et que tes hi\u00e9rarchiques te disent que tu dois arr\u00eater de piloter ta r\u00e9gion comme si c&#8217;\u00e9tait ton entreprise, cela ne fait que confirmer une envie.&#x1f609;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus s\u00e9rieusement et pour b\u00e2tir mon projet de reprise, j&#8217;ai demand\u00e9 des conseils \u00e0 2 dirigeants (membres de REA), qui avaient bascul\u00e9 dans l&#8217;entrepreneuriat, pour bien comprendre le cheminement \u00e0 avoir et \u00e9viter les \u00e9cueils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-re-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectif d&#8217;emplois \u00e0 3 ans et philosophie d&#8217;employeur ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la reprise, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avait 13 collaborateurs. A fin d\u00e9cembre, apr\u00e8s 8 mois, nous sommes 15. Dans 3 ans, je pense que nous serons entre 18 et 20 si l\u2019activit\u00e9 nous porte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ma philosophie d&#8217;employeur :<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre, la performance, et la polyvalence de mes collaborateurs. Je pense qu\u2019un collaborateur \u00e9panoui permet au dirigeant de s&#8217;\u00e9panouir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-re-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ta vision pour l&#8217;entreprise \u00e0 5 ans ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans 5 ans, je souhaite que NEWPAP ait une agence sur Rennes, pour y \u00eatre implant\u00e9 localement. Le bassin rennais est actuellement notre&nbsp;2\u00e8me march\u00e9 et le travail \u00e0 distance n&#8217;est pas toujours facile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professionnellement, j&#8217;aimerais, dans 5 ans, \u00eatre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape d&#8217;\u00e9tudier des croissances externes sur des activit\u00e9s proches de celles de NEWPAP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, je pourrais peut-\u00eatre redonner une partie de ce que j\u2019aurai re\u00e7u dans l\u2019accompagnement d\u2019un laur\u00e9at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-re-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tes attentes de l&#8217;accompagnement de REA ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les semaines passent vite et il ne faut pas s&#8217;isoler.
