Il nous en dit plus sur sa motivation et son projet.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Le pitch de l&#8217;entreprise : <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Acrebat est une entreprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du b\u00e2timent qui effectue des travaux tout corps d\u2019\u00e9tat&nbsp;(r\u00e9novation et neuf) pour les particuliers et les professionnels. Les travaux sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par nos propres salari\u00e9s, de la conception \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Le d\u00e9clic pour entreprendre ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet de reprendre une entreprise n\u2019est pas r\u00e9cent puisque, d\u00e9j\u00e0 en 2012, j\u2019ai suivi une formation \u00e0 la reprise dispens\u00e9e par le CRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis lanc\u00e9 officiellement et d\u00e9finitivement dans ce projet suite \u00e0 ma derni\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience professionnelle qui m\u2019a donn\u00e9 la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour me lancer et aller au bout de ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Objectif d&#8217;emplois \u00e0 3 ans et philosophie d&#8217;employeur ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous comptabilisons 17 collaborateurs \u00e0 la reprise. Notre objectif \u00e0 3 ans est de 24 collaborateurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ma philosophie d&#8217;employeur :<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travail, performance, respect, humilit\u00e9, simplicit\u00e9, \u00e9coute et bienveillance.
