Servir l\u2019Homme, c\u2019est aussi accompagner l\u2019entrepreneur dans la prise en compte de l\u2019impact de son projet sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. R\u00e9seau Entreprendre souhaite faire partager une m\u00eame vision de l\u2019entrepreneuriat engag\u00e9 pour le monde de demain et proposer <a>une approche accessible \u00e0 tou<\/a>tes et tous. Pour cela, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration R\u00e9seau Entreprendre met \u00e0 la disposition des entrepreneurs un parcours augment\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qu&#8217;un laur\u00e9at \u00e0 impact positif ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quatre caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9finissent le laur\u00e9at \u00e0 impact positif :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une <strong>mission<\/strong> qui vise un impact fort sur un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de d\u00e9veloppement social, soci\u00e9tal et environnemental clairement d\u00e9fini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>engagement<\/strong> \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les moyens \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du processus au service de la mission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une <strong>r\u00e9flexion<\/strong> et un <strong>engagement<\/strong> des actionnaires autour des modes de d\u00e9cision et statuts juridiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des <strong>modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/strong> qui doivent correspondre \u00e0 la mission d\u00e9finie et \u00e9largir la notion de performance \u00e0 celle d\u2019impact social<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong>La d\u00e9marche \u00ab&nbsp;Impact&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but de la d\u00e9marche est de sensibiliser tous les porteurs de projets \u00e0 la prise en compte de leur impact environnemental, social et soci\u00e9tal en trois \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> \u00e9tape : se <strong>questionner<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019outils d\u2019accompagnement mis \u00e0 disposition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape : se lancer \u00e0 l\u2019aide de <strong>temps de sensibilisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape : aller plus loin en structurant sa propre <strong>d\u00e9marche de progr\u00e8s<\/strong> avec des experts de l\u2019impact et de la RSE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong><strong>Les actions mises en place par R\u00e9seau Entreprendre Atlantique<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En parall\u00e8le et depuis 2019, R\u00e9seau Entreprendre Atlantique a mis plusieurs actions en place pour d\u00e9ployer cette strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, la constitution d\u2019un groupe de travail nomm\u00e9 \u00ab <strong>Commission Impact <\/strong>\u00bb mobilisant des <strong>membres comp\u00e9tents<\/strong> et engag\u00e9s&nbsp;sur la th\u00e9matique (Arnaud BAILLY, El\u00e9onore BOHUON, Gilles LECLAIR, Isabelle VAN WAESBERGHE, Nicolas TRONCHON, Olivier HUMEAU et Yvana BRETAUDEAU, administratrice de REA). Ce groupe est anim\u00e9 par un collaborateur r\u00e9f\u00e9rent sur le sujet, Kilian CADIOU. La Commission travaille tant sur <strong>l\u2019enrichissement du parcours <\/strong>candidat puis laur\u00e9at, que sur l<strong>\u2019acculturation de notre communaut\u00e9<\/strong>, la <strong>construction d\u2019outils<\/strong> ou encore la <strong>connexion avec les entit\u00e9s expertes<\/strong> des diff\u00e9rents sujets sur notre territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des <strong>\u00e9v\u00e9nements<\/strong> sont par ailleurs organis\u00e9s, tels que les <strong>Petits d\u00e9jeuners Impact <\/strong>trimestriels, proposant \u00e0 notre communaut\u00e9 d\u2019enrichir sa culture du sujet autour de th\u00e8mes vari\u00e9s, gr\u00e2ce aux <strong>t\u00e9moignages inspirants<\/strong> d\u2019entrepreneurs engag\u00e9s sur ces th\u00e9matiques. Par exemple : \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire&nbsp;\u00bb, la \u00ab mobilit\u00e9 en entreprise \u00bb, ou encore \u00ab&nbsp;la mesure de son impact&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, les actions \u00e0 impact positif dans le projet entrepreneurial des candidats sont prises en compte lors de notre <strong>processus de s\u00e9lection<\/strong> (comit\u00e9 d\u2019engagement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Vision 2025<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019horizon 2025, <strong>100% des laur\u00e9ats de l\u2019association<\/strong> auront un impact positif sur un ou plusieurs pans de leur chaine de valeur. Cela se traduit notamment par&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er plus d\u2019emplois durables <\/strong>gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des entrepreneurs de plus en plus responsables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une <strong>d\u00e9marche de transition durable<\/strong> pour pr\u00e9parer 100% des entrepreneurs accompagn\u00e9s \u00e0 anticiper les d\u00e9fis d\u2019un monde qui change, en appr\u00e9hendant les risques et en saisissant les opportunit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sensibiliser sans imposer<\/strong> : l\u2019impact est un crit\u00e8re inclusif.
