Il nous en dit plus sur sa motivation et son projet.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Le pitch de l&#8217;entreprise : <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2003, iTOS mesure est une entreprise de m\u00e9trologie situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Casson qui regroupe une dizaine de collaborateurs. L\u2019entreprise \u00e0 deux activit\u00e9s principales\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La distribution des appareils de mesure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La&nbsp;M\u00e9trologie au travers de la&nbsp;v\u00e9rification, \u00e9talonnage et r\u00e9paration des appareils dans nos laboratoires ou directement chez les clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Notre client\u00e8le B to B est compos\u00e9e des intervenants du CVC, G\u00e9nie Climatique et Thermique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Le d\u00e9clic pour entreprendre ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un parcours dans des grands groupes en r\u00e9gion parisienne, je souhaitais me r\u00e9aliser au travers d\u2019un projet entrepreneurial. J\u2019avais l\u2019envie d\u2019\u00eatre acteur de mon propre destin, de gagner en ind\u00e9pendance et de peser sur toutes les d\u00e9cisions de l\u2019entreprise. Ma recherche s\u2019est orient\u00e9e vers une entreprise de n\u00e9goce avec une forte dimension technique et tr\u00e8s orient\u00e9e client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-re-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Objectif d&#8217;emplois \u00e0 3 ans et philosophie d&#8217;employeur ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon objectif \u00e0 3 ans est la cr\u00e9ation de 3 emplois.&nbsp; Le recrutement de technicien m\u00e9trologue permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer notre qualit\u00e9 de service en termes d\u2019offres et de d\u00e9lais.
