Alors que d\u2019autres associations se sont organis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u00e9partementale, les chefs d\u2019entreprise fondateurs ont d\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu pens\u00e9 \u00ab Bretagne \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Logique, me direz-vous !?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, c\u2019est une \u00e9vidence. Mais c\u2019\u00e9tait loin d\u2019\u00eatre le cas en 2003, tant l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial a \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis deux d\u00e9cennies. Forte des partenariats d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s avec la R\u00e9gion Bretagne, Bpifrance et les partenaires bancaires r\u00e9gionaux, l\u2019association s\u2019est progressivement implant\u00e9e d\u2019est en ouest, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses membres chefs d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 ans, c&#8217;est l&#8217;\u00e2ge de la maturit\u00e9. Notre association peut s&#8217;appuyer sur son exp\u00e9rience dans l&#8217;accompagnement des entrepreneurs. Elle doit cependant \u00eatre attentive \u00e0 se r\u00e9inventer en permanence, parce que l&#8217;accompagnement souhaitable demain n&#8217;est sans doute pas celui d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2043, les mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques des entreprises ne reposeront plus sur la seule croissance des volumes de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2043, le projet entrepreneurial primera sur le type d&#8217;organisation ; cr\u00e9ations et reprises pourront rimer avec intrapreneuriat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2043, enfin, les entrepreneurs seront peut-\u00eatre plus nombreux que les salari\u00e9s&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laur\u00e9at un jour, laur\u00e9at toujours\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entreprendre est une aventure humaine hors du commun. Le contexte \u00e9conomique et les enjeux soci\u00e9taux et climatiques imposent aux dirigeants d&#8217;entreprise de prendre des d\u00e9cisions complexes.
