T\u00e9l\u00e9com Paris, j&#8217;ai travaill\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de ma carri\u00e8re chez Bouygues&nbsp;Telecom.&nbsp;J&#8217;ai, par la suite, rejoint un autre op\u00e9rateur t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par mon profil en tant que directeur technique des op\u00e9rations afin de monter le r\u00e9seau de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication au moment de la d\u00e9r\u00e8glementation du march\u00e9 des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms.&nbsp;Ces exp\u00e9riences tr\u00e8s formatrices, m\u2019ont apport\u00e9es toute la structure n\u00e9cessaire pour me lancer \u00e0 mon compte par la suite.&nbsp;Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t motiv\u00e9 par le fait de monter une entreprise, je me suis lanc\u00e9 d\u00e8s que j\u2019en ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9, pour cr\u00e9er Tellus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-re-yellow-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Peux-tu nous raconter l&#8217;histoire de Tellus ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tellus&nbsp;est parti d\u2019une opportunit\u00e9 de transformer la fa\u00e7on dont la distribution de recharges t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques pr\u00e9pay\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00e9tait&nbsp;faite&nbsp;par les op\u00e9rateurs.&nbsp;\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, il y avait des cartes \u00e0 gratter, que le client achetait pour cr\u00e9diter le compte pr\u00e9pay\u00e9 et consommer des services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et notamment les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques.&nbsp;Le d\u00e9savantage de ce syst\u00e8me \u00e9tait sa lourdeur en mati\u00e8re de logistique et de transport.&nbsp;Il y avait \u00e9galement un probl\u00e8me d\u2019alt\u00e9ration des cartes au frottement.&nbsp;Nous avons donc eu l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un syst\u00e8me&nbsp;semi&nbsp;d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 consistant \u00e0 imprimer le code de rechargement de sa carte \u00e0 partir d\u2019un terminal de paiement \u00e9lectronique.&nbsp;On se sert donc de la partie imprimante du Terminal de paiement pour r\u00e9aliser l\u2019op\u00e9ration et c&#8217;est ainsi que l&#8217;on a commenc\u00e9 par g\u00e9rer une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de distribution de recharges t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.&nbsp;De fil en aiguille, nous avons eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de proposer le m\u00eame type de produit \u00e0 la diaspora des S\u00e9n\u00e9galais qui vit en France et qui envoie de l\u2019argent \u00e0 leur famille.&nbsp;Ce sch\u00e9ma s\u2019inscrit donc dans le <strong>march\u00e9 du transfert d\u2019argent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, notre client, qui vit dans un pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, se rend dans un de nos points de vente&nbsp;(internet\/physique\/serveur&nbsp;vocal). Il va&nbsp;alors sp\u00e9cifier un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et indiquer le montant qu\u2019il veut cr\u00e9diter \u00e0 son b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.&nbsp;Nous d\u00e9tectons alors l\u2019op\u00e9rateur auquel est associ\u00e9 le num\u00e9ro et nous lui envoyons une requ\u00eate pour recharger le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.<\/p>\n\n\n<div que ce que je suis venu chercher initialement.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-re-yellow-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong> Pourquoi cette envie d&#8217;entreprendre<\/strong> <strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a ne s\u2019explique pas vraiment, c\u2019est une envie.&nbsp;Dans ma perception, initialement, l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait une source de risques.&nbsp;Mais, apr\u00e8s avoir suivi, en \u00e9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur, un module de gestion de risques bas\u00e9 sur les mod\u00e8les&nbsp;math\u00e9matiques, je me suis rendu compte que le risque pouvait se calculer, se quantifier.&nbsp;Cela m\u2019a permis de faire tomber ma peur de l\u2019inconnu et m\u2019a ensuite donn\u00e9 l\u2019envie d\u2019apporter des solutions aux gens.&nbsp;<strong>Il est, en effet, tr\u00e8s motivant de mener un projet de l\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation<\/strong>.&nbsp;Avant ce projet, il y en a eu un tas d\u2019autres qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape de la r\u00e9alisation, j\u2019avais besoin de <strong>trouver un projet qui fasse sens<\/strong> et dont l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation paraissait possible assez rapidement.&nbsp;C&#8217;est ce qui m\u2019a plu avec le projet&nbsp;Tellus,&nbsp;on \u00e9tait alors sur un secteur o\u00f9 il n\u2019y avait pas beaucoup de&nbsp;barri\u00e8res&nbsp;par rapport \u00e0 ce que je souhaitais apporter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div accompagner par R\u00e9seau Entreprendre C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur ?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Initialement<\/strong>, j\u2019avais une d\u00e9marche tr\u00e8s pragmatique de <strong>recherche de financement<\/strong> pour pouvoir racheter les parts de mon associ\u00e9 ce qui faisait sens et contribuait \u00e0 lever des freins \u00e0 la croissance de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;J\u2019ai ensuite d\u00e9couvert que <strong>ce qu&#8217;offre R\u00e9seau Entreprendre est beaucoup plus large<\/strong>. L&#8217;accompagnement humain est tr\u00e8s riche.&nbsp;J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ablement surpris par le parcours d\u2019accompagnement amont.&nbsp;J\u2019ai eu en face de moi des interlocuteurs qui m\u2019ont pos\u00e9 des questions pertinentes et m&#8217;ont fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur des probl\u00e9matiques int\u00e9ressantes.&nbsp;Je suis ensuite pass\u00e9 devant le comit\u00e9 d\u2019engagement qui m\u2019a permis de pr\u00e9senter mon projet&nbsp;(qui heureusement a convaincu &#x1f609;).&nbsp;Depuis, je suis accompagn\u00e9 par deux membres&nbsp;(<strong>Thierry Garde <\/strong>et<strong> Bertrand Leroux<\/strong>)&nbsp;avec qui j\u2019ai des rendez-vous r\u00e9guliers pour faire le point sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cela me permet de <strong>ne pas \u00eatre isol\u00e9<\/strong> dans mon entreprise.&nbsp;J<strong>\u2019ai la chance d\u2019avoir des&nbsp;accompagnateurs sensibles au projet et ayant une exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9cieuse \u00e0 nous apporter.&nbsp;<\/strong>Ce que je vais r\u00e9colter est bien plus riche que ce que je suis venu chercher initialement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-re-yellow-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Qu\u2019attends-tu de ton accompagnement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons de <strong>grandes ambitions <\/strong>et \u00e0 notre taille, il faudrait une vraie ouverture et de nouveaux talents pour nous permettre de changer de dimension.&nbsp;C\u2019est l\u2019objectif principal actuellement.&nbsp;Etre accompagn\u00e9 dans notre r\u00e9flexion est une bonne chose et me donne espoir de r\u00e9aliser le potentiel que notre march\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente.&nbsp;Le choix des collaborateurs et l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 nos valeurs sont&nbsp;\u00e9galement tr\u00e8s importants&nbsp;pour l\u2019avenir, car <strong>notre travail actuellement.&nbsp;Tout d\u2019abord la restructuration du capital nous permettant ainsi de recevoir des <strong>partenaires tr\u00e8s align\u00e9s avec notre vision<\/strong>.&nbsp;Nous voulons \u00e9galement assurer la <strong>croissance de l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/strong> actuelle par des axes pr\u00e9cis que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9finis.&nbsp;Pour finir, nous allons lancer un <strong>nouveau projet de finance collaborative<\/strong> qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9marr\u00e9 par le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une plateforme et qui devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel en avril 2023.<br>Le projet s&#8217;appelle&nbsp;<strong>WAO<\/strong>&nbsp;et s&#8217;apparente \u00e0  la&nbsp;tontine c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un groupe de personnes qui vont se r\u00e9unir pour cotiser une certaine somme d\u2019argent et permettre aux personnes de financer rapidement un projet ou d\u2019\u00e9pargner.&nbsp;La plateforme reprendra le principe en fluidifiant les transactions de la tontine et en permettant d&#8217;animer les communaut\u00e9s.&nbsp;L\u2019objectif est donc d\u2019apporter une solution plus facile en mati\u00e8re d\u2019usage et d&#8217;offrir un cadre r\u00e8glementaire
