Faire r\u00e9ussir de nouveaux entrepreneurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’accompagnement de chefs d’entreprise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9seau Entreprendre est n\u00e9e en 1986 de la conviction d\u2019un homme d\u2019entreprise : Andr\u00e9 Mulliez, alors PDG du groupe PHILDAR. Confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un nombre important de licenciements, il d\u00e9cide, avec quelques membres de sa famille, de s\u2019engager dans la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux emplois. Le principe de R\u00e9seau Entreprendre est n\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2005, des entrepreneurs du Hainaut se mobilisent !<\/strong>
Les membres fondateurs d\u00e9cident de cr\u00e9er R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae Hainaut<\/strong>, pour soutenir les cr\u00e9ateurs et les repreneurs des arrondissements de Valenciennes, Douai, Cambrai et Maubeuge<\/strong>, dans le d\u00e9partement du Nord. Ainsi, depuis 2005, les membres, tous dirigeants d’entreprise, conseillent, orientent et accompagnent les porteurs de projets avec des m\u00e9thodes d’entreprise. A ce jour, plus de 100 dirigeants composent la communaut\u00e9 des membres de R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae Hainaut et permettent d\u2019offrir \u00e0 nos laur\u00e9ats, un accompagnement 100% chefs d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’utilit\u00e9 sociale est reconnue sur le plan national : la Reconnaissance d’utilit\u00e9 publique a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9e en janvier 2003. Bas\u00e9e sur des valeurs fortes de comp\u00e9tences, de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat et de gratuit\u00e9, une \u00e9thique rigoureuse s’applique aussi bien \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection et validation des porteurs de projets, aux d\u00e9cisions des comit\u00e9s d’engagement qu’\u00e0 l’accompagnement individuel et collectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Install\u00e9e \u00e0 la Sentinelle dans les locaux de Sentinel Square, R\u00e9seau Entreprendre \u00ae Hainaut contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des entrepreneurs \u00e0 potentiel, en leur proposant un accompagnement humain et financier, gratuit et dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis que j\u2019ai eu l\u2019honneur de prendre le mandat de la pr\u00e9sidence en juin, j\u2019ai eu le plaisir de constater l\u2019engagement<\/strong> et la passion<\/strong> qui animent chacun d\u2019entre vous. Votre d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 faire cro\u00eetre notre r\u00e9seau et \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019entrepreneuriat dans notre r\u00e9gion est v\u00e9ritablement inspirant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En collaboration \u00e9troite avec notre Conseil d\u2019Administration, qui est profond\u00e9ment investi dans la mission<\/strong> et les valeurs<\/strong> de notre r\u00e9seau, nous travaillons activement \u00e0 d\u00e9finir des orientations strat\u00e9giques solides pour l\u2019avenir. Notre priorit\u00e9 est claire : amplifier notre impact sur l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial de notre territoire, tout en continuant \u00e0 innover et \u00e0 prendre soin de notre communaut\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Votre r\u00f4le est crucial dans cette d\u00e9marche, et je compte sur votre engagement pour poursuivre ensemble cette belle aventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
