 <\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un parcours en distribution sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e puis \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019une PME r\u00e9gionale pendant une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9e, Fabien Hoin a repris l\u2019entreprise CDF PLAST en f\u00e9vrier 2016.<\/p>\n

Il avait cette id\u00e9e en t\u00eate depuis plus de quinze ans mais voulait avant tout, apprendre le m\u00e9tier de chef d\u2019entreprise. Int\u00e9grer une PME lui a permis de se forger cette exp\u00e9rience, et le fait d\u2019y \u00eatre associ\u00e9, de r\u00e9aliser le patrimoine n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cette nouvelle aventure.<\/p>\n

La particularit\u00e9 de cette reprise\u00a0: un environnement industriel, dans le domaine tr\u00e8s technique de la plasturgie pour un dirigeant dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9cole de commerce. Une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9orientation professionnelle.<\/p>\n

CDF PLAST, cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a 20 ans, est donc une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production de pi\u00e8ces en plastiques par proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019injection. Pi\u00e8ces destin\u00e9es au secteur automobile, m\u00e9dical, du b\u00e2timent et plus globalement au secteur de la sous-traitance industrielle.<\/p>\n

Une entreprise implant\u00e9e \u00e0 Douai, dans la zone industrielle de Dorignies. Elle dispose d\u2019un parc de 11 presses \u00e0 injecter avec une puissance de 50 \u00e0 750 tonnes et emploie 24 collaborateurs.<\/p>\n

L\u2019objectif de Fabien Hoin\u00a0: d\u00e9velopper l\u2019activit\u00e9 de CDF PLAST aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une client\u00e8le r\u00e9gionale diversifi\u00e9e en jouant la carte de la proximit\u00e9 et de la flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
