Pourquoi R\u00e9seau Entreprendre Loire ?<\/strong>
\nMarc :<\/strong><\/span> “Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 laur\u00e9at 2012 avec le projet MAC3 \u00e0 Saint Cyprien port\u00e9 par Christelle LINOSSIER qui a multipli\u00e9 par 12 son CA en 10 ans. Retrait\u00e9 depuis peu et passionn\u00e9 d’\u00e9conomie d’entreprises, il me semblait logique de rendre \u00e0 R\u00e9seau tout son support qu’il nous a apport\u00e9 lors de notre d\u00e9marrage. “<\/em>
\nAdrien <\/span>:<\/strong> “Pour la cr\u00e9ation en 2018 de Super Extra Lab, j’ai naturellement souhait\u00e9 int\u00e9grer le R\u00e9seau Entreprendre pour ne pas avancer seul. Cette nouvelle activit\u00e9 nous demande de ma\u00eetriser plusieurs domaines totalement nouveaux pour nous : l’injection plastique, la distribution de livres, l’international… Sans l’aide de R\u00e9seau Entreprendre, nous n’aurions jamais su r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces nouveaux challenges.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Marc<\/span>,<\/strong> que retiens-tu de la relation d’accompagnement avec Adrien ?<\/strong>
\n“Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi une relation d’accompagnement tr\u00e8s enrichissante car je viens de l’industrie et ne connaissais pas le milieu “start-up”. Il a fallu aussi se remettre en question lorsque le mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique a d\u00fb \u00eatre chang\u00e9. Adrien a su prendre des d\u00e9cisions parfois difficiles mais toujours dans le bon timing. Les \u00e9changes \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s constructifs.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Adrien<\/strong><\/span>, que retiens-tu de la relation avec ton accompagnateur ?<\/strong>
\n“Marc a su me faire profiter de son exp\u00e9rience en gestion d’entreprise. Il a pu me mettre en relation avec de nombreuses personnes et surtout, il m’a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier les probl\u00e9matiques et \u00e0 anticiper.”<\/em><\/p>\n

A titre perso, qu\u2019est-ce que vous en retirez ?<\/strong>
\nMarc : <\/span><\/strong>“A titre personnel, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une belle aventure humaine et je suis \u00e0 disposition d’Adrien pour tout support. Surtout que le domaine de l’international n’a pu \u00eatre abord\u00e9 en raison du retard pris dans le d\u00e9marrage de la diffusion commerciale de son produit. Deux ans d’accompagnement c’est finalement court, surtout dans ce domaine-l\u00e0..”<\/em>
\n<\/strong><\/span>Adrien :<\/strong><\/span> “Ce fut une super rencontre. J’ai ador\u00e9 l’accompagnement de Marc en tous points. Malheureusement la crise sanitaire de 2020 nous a emp\u00each\u00e9 de mettre en action l’ensemble de notre programme. Mais ce f\u00fbt un accompagnement tr\u00e8s enrichissant.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Si c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 refaire ?<\/strong>
\nMarc :<\/strong><\/span> “Je dirai oui \u00e0 C\u00e9line comme je l’ai fait lorsqu’elle m’a demand\u00e9 d’accompagner Adrien. Aucun regret, passionnant au contraire !”<\/em>
\nAdrien : <\/strong><\/span>“C’est un accompagnement indispensable. Tout cr\u00e9ateur ou repreneur devrait se faire accompagner par une personne d’exp\u00e9rience comme Marc. Pour mes futures cr\u00e9ations d’entreprises, je ne manquerai pas de solliciter \u00e0 nouveau le R\u00e9seau Entreprendre ! :-)”<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
