Tous les salari\u00e9s d\u00e9clar\u00e9s \u00e0 la Caisse Nationale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale jusqu&#8217;en F\u00e9vrier 2020, en arr\u00eat d&#8217;activit\u00e9, employ\u00e9s par une entreprise en difficult\u00e9, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&#8217;une indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire mensuelle de 2000 dirhams nets, des allocations familiales et des prestations de l&#8217;Assurance Maladie Obligatoire (AMO), et ce, pendant la p\u00e9riode allant du 15 mars au 30 juin 2020.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ces salari\u00e9s pourront \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du report du remboursement des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances des cr\u00e9dits bancaires (cr\u00e9dit consommation et cr\u00e9dit acqu\u00e9reur) jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2020 \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Mesures sur le plan fiscal<\/strong> :<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Les entreprises dont le chiffre d\u2019affaires de l\u2019exercice 2019 est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20 MDhs pourront, si elles le souhaitent, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un report du d\u00e9p\u00f4t des d\u00e9clarations fiscales jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2020 ;<\/p>\n<p>4. Suspension des contr\u00f4les fiscaux et des ATD jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2020.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Mesures pour les entreprises, PME, TPME et les professions lib\u00e9rales en difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suspension du paiement des charges sociales jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2020 ;<\/p>\n<p>Mise en place d\u2019un moratoire pour le remboursement des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances des cr\u00e9dits bancaires et pour le remboursement des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances des leasings jusqu\u2019au 30 juin sans paiement de frais ni de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s ;<\/p>\n<p>Activation d\u2019une ligne suppl\u00e9mentaire de cr\u00e9dit de fonctionnement octroy\u00e9e par les banques et garantie par la CCG. Ainsi, le jeudi 26 mars 2020, la Caisse Centrale de Garantie (CCG) a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau m\u00e9canisme de garantie appel\u00e9 \u00ab DAMANE OXYGENE \u00bb.<\/p>\n[spacer size=&#8221;40&#8243;]\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Sp\u00e9cial \u00ab DAMANE OXYGENE \u00bb :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1077 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/maroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2019\/09\/CCG-300x186.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/maroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2019\/09\/CCG-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/maroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2019\/09\/CCG-210x130.png 210w, https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/maroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2019\/09\/CCG.png 630w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau produit de garantie vise la mobilisation des ressources de financement en faveur des entreprises dont la tr\u00e9sorerie s\u2019est d\u00e9grad\u00e9e \u00e0 cause de la baisse de leur activit\u00e9. Il couvre 95% du montant du cr\u00e9dit et permet ainsi aux banques de mettre en place rapidement des d\u00e9couverts exceptionnels pour financer le besoin en fonds de roulement des entreprises cibles.<\/p>\n<p>Ces financements bancaires qui s\u2019ajoutent aux lignes d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes, couvrent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois de charges courantes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation (notamment les salaires, les loyers, les achats n\u00e9cessaires\u2026\u2026) et peuvent aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 Millions de DH. Pour les cas des entreprises ne disposant pas de lignes de financement \u00e0 court termes, ce d\u00e9couvert exceptionnel peut atteindre 5 Millions de DH.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab DAMANE OXYGENE \u00bb s\u2019adresse principalement aux tr\u00e8s petites, petites et moyennes entreprises dont le chiffre d\u2019affaires ne d\u00e9passe pas 200 millions de DH.
