Sa vocation premi\u00e8re est d\u2019accompagner ces femmes et ces hommes qui, par l\u2019ambition qu\u2019ils portent leur potentiel entrepreneurial, leur m\u00e9tier et le march\u00e9 auquel ils s\u2019adressent, sont susceptibles de faire de leur entreprise, une PME apte \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper. Il\/Elle assure l\u2019interface entre le si\u00e8ge de R\u00e9seau Entreprendre Maroc, les partenaires territoriaux et les porteurs de projets, et veille au bon d\u00e9roulement du parcours d\u2019accompagnement, de la sensibilisation jusqu\u2019au suivi post-financement.<\/p>\n<p>En qualit\u00e9 de<strong> Coordinateur(trice) de Projet.<\/strong>, vos principales missions sont :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Coordination territoriale<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>D\u00e9ployer l\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s du programme dans la province : sensibilisation, sourcing, pr\u00e9-accompagnement, formations, comit\u00e9s d\u2019engagement, suivi post-financement.<\/li>\n<li>Assurer la coordination avec les partenaires institutionnels et locaux : CRI, ANAPEC, INDH, CGEM, associations, coop\u00e9ratives, \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 la dynamique territoriale entrepreneuriale (forums, rencontres, ateliers, \u00e9v\u00e9nements locaux).<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les besoins locaux et proposer des ajustements ou am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 la direction nationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Gestion et suivi des porteurs de projets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Accueillir, informer et orienter les porteurs de projets sur les crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9roulement du programme.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9aliser les entretiens de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection et v\u00e9rifier l\u2019ad\u00e9quation des profils avec les crit\u00e8res REM.<\/li>\n<li>Accompagner les candidats dans la pr\u00e9paration de leurs livrables : Business Model Canvas, Business Plan, dossier financier, pitch.<\/li>\n<li>Mobiliser les membres du r\u00e9seau pour les entretiens, validations et comit\u00e9s d\u2019engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Participer activement aux comit\u00e9s d\u2019engagement et assurer le suivi administratif dans le SI.<\/li>\n<li>Analyser le deal flow des candidatures et contribuer \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des projets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Animation, accompagnement &amp; mobilisation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Organiser et coordonner les ateliers collectifs, formations et sessions de mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences (logistique, animation, intervenants).<\/li>\n<li>Assurer le suivi individuel des laur\u00e9ats en lien avec les mentors, coachs et experts mobilis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper et animer un r\u00e9seau local d\u2019experts, formateurs et chefs d\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<li>Organiser les Clubs des laur\u00e9ats (ateliers mensuels, rencontres th\u00e9matiques, sessions de partage).<\/li>\n<li>Suivre les KPIs, les livrables des laur\u00e9ats et mesurer la progression et l\u2019impact du programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Appui au financement &amp; recouvrement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Accompagner les laur\u00e9ats dans la compl\u00e9tion de leurs dossiers administratifs pour le pr\u00eat d\u2019honneur.<\/li>\n<li>Suivre la signature des conventions, la collecte des pi\u00e8ces et les demandes de d\u00e9caissement avec le si\u00e8ge.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre \u00e0 jour les statuts et dossiers sur le SI et collecter les justificatifs li\u00e9s aux tranches de financement.<\/li>\n<li>Assurer le relais local pour le suivi des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances et contribuer au recouvrement amiable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Reporting, documentation &amp; communication<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Renseigner les tableaux de bord mensuels : candidatures, projets accompagn\u00e9s, financements, emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s, indicateurs d\u2019impact.<\/li>\n<li>Documenter le travail terrain : t\u00e9moignages, success stories, photos, donn\u00e9es qualitatives.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction des rapports semestriels, bilans d\u2019activit\u00e9s et rapports d\u2019impact.<\/li>\n<li>Participer aux actions de communication locale : \u00e9v\u00e9nements, ateliers, r\u00e9seaux sociaux, relations presse \u00e0 Bac+5 en gestion, \u00e9conomie, entrepreneuriat, d\u00e9veloppement local ou \u00e9quivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience souhait\u00e9e dans l\u2019accompagnement, l\u2019ESS, le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique ou la gestion de projets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellente capacit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation, autonomie et sens des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Tr\u00e8s bon relationnel,
