En deux mots : on d\u00e9roule des bobines, on d\u00e9coupe des pi\u00e8ces, on enroule selon conditionnement souhait\u00e9. Au bout de 4 ans je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 m\u2019ennuyer je ne trouvais plus de sens dans mon travail, j\u2019ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une rupture conventionnelle dans le but de reprendre une entreprise. Je suis issu d\u2019une famille d\u2019entrepreneurs, j\u2019ai toujours su que j\u2019entreprendrais. Un jour je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de c\u00e9dants \u00e0 la CCI et il y avait un des g\u00e9rants de S\u00e9rame. Je suis all\u00e9 lui parler, lui demander ce qu\u2019il faisait et il m\u2019a r\u00e9pondu : \u00ab Je fabrique des machines qui enroulent du papier\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb Forc\u00e9ment, \u00e7a m\u2019a interpell\u00e9. Je lui ai dit que j\u2019avais le projet de racheter une entreprise et apr\u00e8s 6 mois de discussions, j\u2019ai rachet\u00e9 S\u00e9rame. Ce qui m\u2019a particuli\u00e8rement plu c\u2019est d\u2019une part qu\u2019il y ait une possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019export car mon march\u00e9 est global et d\u2019autre part d\u2019avoir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 industrielle avec des produits ultra-techniques et donc des barri\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e ! C\u2019est ce qui m\u2019a fait dire que c\u2019\u00e9tait la bonne entreprise.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\">Quelle orientation souhaitez-vous donner \u00e0 Serame ?<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\"><em>Je souhaite informatiser la gestion et retravailler l\u2019image de marque pour la rendre plus moderne. Mais surtout, je veux \u00eatre davantage en lien avec mes clients, \u00eatre connect\u00e9 au march\u00e9. Le but ? Avoir des machines en constante \u00e9volution au plus pr\u00e8s de leurs attentes : automatiques, productives, fiables, avec un SAV irr\u00e9prochable.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\">Les enjeux de demain ?<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\"><em>L\u2019automatisation et la connectivit\u00e9. Notre enjeu principal c\u2019est d\u2019avoir des machines connect\u00e9es, pour collecter de la donn\u00e9e et \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019agir en pr\u00e9ventif en analysant les donn\u00e9es re\u00e7ues.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\">Que vous apporte R\u00e9seau Entreprendre<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Nord ?<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\"><em>C\u2019est vraiment LA hotline des chefs d\u2019entreprise.
