Questa figura sar\u00e0 fondamentale per garantire il successo e lo sviluppo delle startup all&#8217;interno della nostra comunit\u00e0 imprenditoriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gestire il processo di convalida delle startup, che include la valutazione delle proposte imprenditoriali, l&#8217;analisi dei piani di business e la selezione delle startup meritevoli di supporto da parte dell&#8217;associazione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitare il matchmaking tra le startup selezionate e gli associati senior, coordinando incontri e promuovendo la collaborazione e lo scambio di conoscenze ed esperienze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguire il percorso delle startup supportate, fornendo orientamento, supporto e consulenza secondo la metodologia Reseau per favorire la crescita e il successo aziendale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizzare e gestire le call periodiche con le startup e gli associati senior per monitorare i progressi, identificare le sfide e fornire soluzioni e risorse necessarie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condurre attivit\u00e0 di scouting per le call e identificare potenziali startup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborare con i Project Manager senior dell&#8217;associazione per sviluppare e implementare programmi speciali per le startup, supervisionando la loro esecuzione e valutandone l&#8217;impatto e l&#8217;efficacia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo e al miglioramento continuo delle metodologie e dei processi di supporto alle startup all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;associazione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requisiti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laurea preferita in Economia, Management, Ingegneria o campo correlato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esperienza precedente di almeno 2 anni in ruoli di gestione progetti, preferibilmente nell&#8217;ambito dell&#8217;imprenditoria o dell&#8217;innovazione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conoscenza approfondita del processo di sviluppo delle startup, con competenze nella valutazione dei piani aziendali, nella gestione del rischio e nella strategia aziendale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abilit\u00e0 dimostrate nel coordinare e facilitare incontri e workshop tra diverse parti interessate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eccellenti competenze comunicative e relazionali, con la capacit\u00e0 di creare e mantenere relazioni collaborative e di fiducia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orientamento ai risultati e capacit\u00e0 di lavorare in modo autonomo, gestendo progetti e rispettando le scadenze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eccellente padronanza della lingua italiana e conoscenza fluente dell&#8217;inglese; la conoscenza del francese sar\u00e0 considerata un plus aggiuntivo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipologia di Contratto: Consulenza Professionale in partita IVA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":116,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[731,732],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7452","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-lavora-con-noi","category-reseau-entreprendre-piemonte-careers-attivita-core",""],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
