Le dernier Mardi R\u00e9seau fut consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la loi de finances 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Olivier Rousset<\/a> et <\/a>Julien Dupeloux<\/a>, membre de R\u00e9seau Entreprendre Rh\u00f4ne-Durance<\/a> et experts-comptables de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TALENZ<\/a> ARES sont venus nous expliquer les grandes lignes et orientations de cette loi qui fixe le cadre des recettes et des d\u00e9penses pour l’ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

⏰ A 7h45 du matin, il fallait \u00eatre r\u00e9veill\u00e9 car le sujet est dense et complexe, mais c\u2019\u00e9tait sans compter sur le professionnalisme de nos 2 intervenants (et un bon caf\u00e9 ☕ !) qui ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 captiver leur auditoire (une quinzaine d\u2019adh\u00e9rents de R\u00e9seau Entreprendre Rh\u00f4ne Durance) et \u00e0 rendre accessible ces nouvelles informations fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce qu\u2019il faut retenir dans les grandes lignes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

✅  TVA => Abaissement du seuil de franchise en base de TVA \u00e0 25 k\u20ac pour toutes les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 compter du 01\/06\/2025 ;
✅ TVA => Suppression du r\u00e9gime simplifi\u00e9 \u00e0 compter de 2027 ;
✅ Imp\u00f4t revenus => Mise en place de la Contribution Diff\u00e9rentielle sur les Hauts Revenus (CDHR) pour assurer une imposition de 20 % pour les foyers les plus ais\u00e9s ;
✅ LMNP => R\u00e9int\u00e9gration dans la plus-value immobili\u00e8re des amortissements pratiqu\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode de location meubl\u00e9e ;
✅ Management package => Eclaircissement de la fiscalit\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux outils d\u2019acc\u00e8s au capital ;
✅Plus-value => Prorogation de l\u2019abattement de 500 k\u20ac sur les plus-values r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les dirigeants qui partent \u00e0 la retraite ;
✅ Grandes entreprises => Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une contribution exceptionnelle sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des grandes entreprises et limitation temporaire des reports des \u00ab m\u00e9ga-d\u00e9ficits \u00bb ;
✅ Caisse => Obligation de s\u2019\u00e9quiper d\u2019un logiciel de caisse conforme. L\u2019auto-attestation des \u00e9diteurs ne suffit plus.
✅ CVAE => Report de la suppression de la CVAE en 2030 ;
✅ V\u00e9hicules => Durcissement des taxations de v\u00e9hicules et des malus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

👉 L\u2019optimisation fiscale peut \u00eatre un levier, mais elle ne doit jamais \u00eatre la finalit\u00e9. Un bon projet trouve d\u2019abord sa rentabilit\u00e9 par son march\u00e9, son innovation et sa valeur ajout\u00e9e🚀<\/p>\n\n\n\n
