Mais au fond, de quoi parle-t-on ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Lean Management, c\u2019est une fa\u00e7on d\u2019organiser le travail pour le rendre plus simple, plus fluide et plus utile, <\/strong>en supprimant tout ce qui fait perdre du temps, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et de la valeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au programme de cette rencontre : une visite du site Hexalean pour partir des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, suivie d\u2019une table ronde r\u00e9unissant Damien VUILLOD<\/a> (Hexalean Groupe), Olivier Jousset<\/a> (SAS Fauveau) et Boris Evesque<\/a> (Groupe SNCF), anim\u00e9e par Camille Hoehe Flex<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les \u00e9changes ont montr\u00e9 que le Lean n\u2019est pas seulement une m\u00e9thode. C\u2019est avant tout une d\u00e9marche de transformation continue<\/strong>, qui repose sur l\u2019observation du terrain, l\u2019implication des \u00e9quipes <\/strong>et une attention constante \u00e0 la valeur apport\u00e9e au client.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le t\u00e9moignage d\u2019HEXALEAN l\u2019a particuli\u00e8rement bien illustr\u00e9. Il y a deux ans et demi, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un client a provoqu\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9clic dans l\u2019entreprise. Sous cette impulsion, les dirigeants ont accept\u00e9, avec humilit\u00e9, de revoir en profondeur leur fonctionnement et leur organisation de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les changements mis en place, un outil tr\u00e8s visuel a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 : un tableau de suivi avec un code couleur permettant de piloter plus clairement la cha\u00eene de production. Rapidement, cet outil de process a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 par tous et repris par les \u00e9quipes elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 concrets \u00e0 tous les niveaux : une meilleure appropriation du fonctionnement par les \u00e9quipes, plus de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et de fiabilit\u00e9<\/strong> pour les clients, et un impact business fort, avec une nette progression des KPI. L\u2019un des faits marquants \u00e9voqu\u00e9s lors de la table ronde : un client auparavant non rentable l\u2019est devenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mode de gestion repens\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement pour lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 la question \u201cEn une phrase, et \u00e0 un enfant, comment expliqueriez vous le Lean Management ?\u201d, trois visions compl\u00e9mentaires se sont dessin\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Pour Olivier Jousset, c\u2019est une m\u00e9thode d\u2019animation d\u2019\u00e9quipe pour essayer de penser diff\u00e9remment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pour Damien Vuillod, c\u2019est se centrer sur la valeur offerte \u00e0 son client par l\u2019auto-formation de son personnel

    Ce que nous retenons de cette matin\u00e9e, c\u2019est qu\u2019on ne transforme pas durablement une entreprise seul. Le Lean permet justement cela : embarquer les \u00e9quipes, faire remonter les probl\u00e8mes du terrain, accompagner les solutions et lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9nergies pour construire une organisation plus robuste et plus p\u00e9renne.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
