Ancien Laur\u00e9at, j\u2019ai pu mesurer le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019accompagnement dans mon parcours d\u2019entrepreneur. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident de redonner le moment venu.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu&#8217;apprends-tu, que retiens-tu de ton accompagnement des porteurs de projets ? De cette relation ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019accompagnement est une relation gagnant gagnant, d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est per\u00e7u par le Laur\u00e9at. Le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre utile donne du sens \u00e0 cette collaboration. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de donner des solutions mais d\u2019aider \u00e0 en trouver. Cet exercice est applicable au quotidien \u00e0 son propre p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<h3>Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement marquant de ton histoire chez R\u00e9seau Entreprendre ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le comit\u00e9 d&#8217;engagement reste un moment fort pour tous les Laur\u00e9ats. Confronter son projet \u00e0 une dizaine de chefs d\u2019entreprise aguerris est un challenge en soi. Avec le recul, je m\u2019en amuse, car il y a beaucoup de bienveillance dans l\u2019exercice et le non est toujours dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du porteur de projet.<\/p>\n<h3>Que dirais-tu \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un qui h\u00e9site \u00e0 s\u2019engager chez R\u00e9seau Entreprendre ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">D\u2019abord qu\u2019il ou qu\u2019elle a raison, on ne s\u2019engage pas \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re dans cette aventure, et ensuite que je ne connais personne qui ait eu \u00e0 le regretter. Il n\u2019y a rien d\u2019asservissant \u00e0 R\u00e9seau Entreprendre, on s\u2019investit selon ses possibilit\u00e9s et motivations. Mais on se prend vite au jeu, tant les porteurs de projets donnent de la fra\u00eecheur et contribuent \u00e0 la prise de recul.<\/p>\n<h3>En 3 mot R\u00e9seau Entreprendre ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Outre les valeurs ?
