Il nous vient du groupe SYD et a anim\u00e9 la soir\u00e9e \u00ab Pour une offre de conqu\u00eate ! \u00bb avec une \u00e9nergie d\u00e9bordante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">David Le Glanaer nous a offert une superbe pr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9montrant l\u2019importance du digital dans l\u2019entreprise et ses transformations qui nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 modifier notre vision du marketing. Il nous explique qu\u2019auparavant nous vendions des biens, mais aujourd\u2019hui, ce n\u2019est plus qu&#8217;un pr\u00e9texte. Pour vendre des services : il faut donner aux clients plus qu\u2019ils ne le demandent ! Et David Le Glanaer va m\u00eame plus loin&#8230; Il ne faut plus donner des services aux clients, maintenant l&#8217;important est de faire vivre une exp\u00e9rience au client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">David Le Glanaer n\u2019a pas cess\u00e9 de d\u00e9montrer qu&#8217;un client privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 est un client ambassadeur aupr\u00e8s de son <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-651 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/seine-et-marne\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2017\/07\/DSCN0926-redi-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/seine-et-marne\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2017\/07\/DSCN0926-redi-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.reseau-entreprendre.org\/seine-et-marne\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2017\/07\/DSCN0926-redi.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>r\u00e9seau. Un client se sent privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 lorsqu&#8217;il re\u00e7oit une attention particuli\u00e8re. L\u2019intervenant nous a racont\u00e9 qu&#8217;un jour, un patron d&#8217;une entreprise de vente de chaussures par correspondance est descendu voir son usine. Il a d\u00e9couvert que ses employ\u00e9s mettaient trois bonbons dans chaque bo\u00eete envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 la vente. Un bonbon ne co\u00fbte pas grand-chose et les clients sont ravis de leur exp\u00e9rience d&#8217;achat gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette petite attention.
