Notre gamme de produits est tremp\u00e9e, pr\u00e9-germ\u00e9e, cuite \u00e0 la vapeur et surgel\u00e9e. <strong>Nous pouvons maximiser le potentiel de la l\u00e9gumineuse en la rendant plus digeste<\/strong>, nutritionellement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et facile \u00e0 travailler en cuisine (pr\u00e9paration en 4 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des l\u00e9gumineuses ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumineuses sont riches en prot\u00e9ines, fibres, vitamines. Elles sont pauvres en glucides et en graisses.Elles permettent d\u2019enrichir naturellement les sols gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 capter l\u2019azote de l\u2019air pour le diffuser dans le sol. Elles n\u00e9cessitent peu d\u2019eau et sont un produit tr\u00e8s accessible financi\u00e8rement.\u00a0Les trois probl\u00e9matiques sont le temps de pr\u00e9paration, la disgestibilit\u00e9 et\u00a0l\u2019assimilation\u00a0des prot\u00e9ines et des nutriments.
